All our trips operate normally and there are no incidents in the service.

• Assistance to health centers, services & other facilities.
• Compliance with labor, professional, business, institutional or legal obligations
• Attend university, teaching and educational centers, including nursery schools.
• I return to my usual or family residence. Traveling to territories that are of usual residence for relatives or close friends of those which are understood to be included in this exception.
• Assistance and care for the elderly, minors, dependents, people with disabilities or especially vulnerable people.
• Travel to financial and insurance entities or petrol stations in neighbouring territories.
• Required or urgent acts regarding public, judicial or notarial bodies.
• Renewals of permits and official documentation, as well as other administrative procedures that cannot be postponed
• Taking official exams or tests that cannot be postponed.
• Due to force majeure or situation of need.
• Transit passenger in a port or airport of the island in tier 3 alert, with final destination to another country or another place in national territory.
• Passenger coming from outside the region or county of the Canary Islands who prove to have booked in a travel agent registered in the General Tourist Registry in the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands
• Any other activity of a similar nature, which is accredited.

Passengers in transit with a final destination to other islands, another part of the national territory or another country, are not affected by these restrictions.

In addition to the usual documentation, when traveling to / from islands in tier 3 or 4 alert, it is mandatory to deliver a responsible statement during boarding that your trip is covered by any of the causes considered justified by the regional government. You can download the document to complete your responsible declaration here. Remember that you must deliver it printed and signed, during your shipment.

All our tickets are valid for one year and admit date, time and rate changes one year after purchase. You can change it and use it whenever you want to travel free of charge.

• Changes: you can make your change through this link on our website. If you cannot make the change, we recommend that you send your request by e-mail to reservas@fredolsen.es. • Cancellation: We recommend that you send your cancellation request by e-mail to reservas@fredolsen.es. We remind you that only the Flexible and Clase Oro rates allow a full refund of your ticket. Also all reservations on our route between Huelva and the Canary Islands.
