Have you forgotten any personal items during your trip?

If you believe you have lost an object aboard our ferries or at our facilities, we may have recovered it. Please note the following:

Personal identification documents (ID cards, passports, etc.): These are delivered directly to port authorities.
Custody period: We keep found items for a maximum of one month from the date they were located due to storage limitations.
Perishable products: These are disposed of the day after they are found.

How to search for your lost item

Begin the search for your lost item by completing our inquiry form. We ask that you provide the trip details during which you lost the item and the most detailed description possible of the article. This will allow us to locate it more easily.
