Book up to 48 hours before your trip: spaces on board are limited, so it is necessary to notify us up to 48 hours before your trip. You can tell us that you are coming with a pet during the purchase process (in the 'Supplements' section) or by sending us an email to reservas@fredolsen.es
Notify upon arrival: when you arrive at the port, notify our crew to know that you are waiting and that you have requested the service.

Boarding may be prohibited for specific animals following indications from the health authorities and for pets that visibly do not comply with minimum health and hygiene conditions.
When travelling between the Canary Islands, your pet can travel with you on board, as long as you use a certified carrier. You must bring your own carrier, which must meet the following requirements:
On trips between the Canary Islands and Huelva, your pet will not be able to travel with you in the passenger areas, but we have two fantastic options for transport:
When travelling between the Canary Islands, we have kennels (fixed structures) located in the garages or in the outside decks of the boats for the trip of your pet. You will have to check where to board in order to travel the shortest distance required, and your pet must wear a leash and muzzle (Muzzle is compulsory for all pets included in Annexes I and II of Spanish Royal Decree 287/2002). Visits to the garage during the trip are prohibited on high-speed boats.
On our interior route of La Gomera, the homologated kennels are on the upper deck of the boat and are accessible area during the journey.
To travel with your pet on the Ferry Bus that connects Huelva and the port, it is mandatory to use a certified carrier.
Assitance dogs. Regardless of their weight, all assistance dogs will be able to travel along with the passenger on board our boats.
To travel with a pet, you can indicate it in any of our purchase channels: on our website, by calling our Call Center or indicating it in our sales terminals.
Our recommendation is that you reserve it on our website during your purchase.
