When travelling in our destinations between the Canary Islands, your pet can travel with you on-board, as long as you use a certified carrier. You must bring your own carrier, which must meet the following requirements:

The maximum dimensions are 50x40x25 cm.
It must have a waterproof bottom, be resistant, safe, and ventilated. It must always remain closed. In the case of birds, you must ensure that there are no spills and that the birds remain covered during the entire trip.

For trips between the Canary Islands and Huelva, your pet will not be able to travel with you on board. However, our boat offers a special service of Pet Sitter, during the entire trip, to ensure its well-being and comfort.

Over 10 kg

On our inter-island routes, we have kennels (fixed structures) located in the garages or in the outside decks of the boats for the trip of your pet. You will have to check where to board in order to travel the shortest distance required, and your pet must wear a leash and muzzle (Muzzle is compulsory for all pets included in Annexes I and II of Spanish Royal Decree 287/2002). Visits to the garage during the trip are prohibited on high-speed boats.

On trips between the Canary Islands and Huelva, our boat offers large and covered kennels, where you can visit your pet during the whole journey.

On our interior route of La Gomera, the homologated kennels are on the upper deck of the boat, this being an accessible area during the journey.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Prepare your pet for the journey, especially if you know they get seasick. It is recommended to limit fluids intake. Although the journey is short, take whatever you may need: toys to entertain your pet or items to clean the kennel and leave it as you would like to find it.
