To access the reserved boarding space, you must have a parking card for people with disabilities. We have reserved parking spaces in the first positions of our vehicle pre-boarding area. To access one of these spaces, you must present yourself well in advance at the start of boarding, 50 minutes before departure.

To benefit from this service you will need to contact Fred. Olsen Express staff at the terminal at least 30 minutes prior to the ferry departure.

Passengers on foot requiring boarding assistance must present themselves sufficiently in advance of boarding (10 minutes before the official boarding time). (*) They will enter via the ramp, where they will be met by the crew at the designated boarding point.

Travellers boarding with their own wheelchair must present themselves well in advance of boarding (10 minutes before the official boarding time). Once on board, you may be asked to anchor your wheelchair to the available rails if weather conditions require it. (*)

Passengers who require a wheelchair for boarding, but do not have their own, must present themselves well in advance of boarding (10 minutes before the official boarding time) (*).

Wheelchair access to our Ferry Bus service is only possible when tickets are purchased at least 48 hours in advance. 

Preferential areas are established for your stay on the ship, which will also be your rendezvous points in the event of an emergency. These areas are located near the entrances and have adapted seating for transferring from the wheelchair and for fastening wheelchairs. They are located near the disabled toilet. The ship’s trained special assistance staff will welcome you on board and will indicate the preferred occupancy area. They will also assist you during the crossing to ensure that you have access to all the services on board and that you are aware of the safety instructions. These services do not include custodial care.

The purpose of communicating your reduced mobility or disability status is to enable us to plan the provision of adapted services available when appropriate and, in any case, to have the necessary information for the proper management of on-board safety plans. In no case will this information be associated with your personal data, and therefore you must provide it each time you purchase a ticket.
