Collaboration with our suppliers is essential to maintain and continuously improve the quality of our service and to minimise the environmental impact of our economic activity.
As a supplier, you integrate your products and/or services into our value chain and are assessed annually to determine whether you comply with requirements and identify possible deviations and areas for improvement. If deviations are identified, you will be informed so that you can take corrective action.
The following criteria are taken into account in the assessment:

Commitment: Quality, Environment, People and/or Sustainability (certified systems, awards and recognitions, procedure, or good practices implemented), as well as other systems related to the products/services provided (accessibility, information security, ... as the case may be), incident management and response to unforeseen events.

Management and communication: Ease of contact and response times, management of delivery notes, invoices, reports, data, reports and other information and documents correctly. As well as compliance with generally applicable legal requirements (risk prevention, CAE, data protection, authorisations, ...).

Compliance with specific requirements: Conditions of product delivery or service provision according to the agreement, including specific technical and legal conditions (transport and delivery conditions, particulars, ...). results of visits or third party audits when included in the agreements.
