LARGE FAMILY DISCOUNT DOCUMENTATION
To ensure the correct verification of large family status and its corresponding discount, FRED. OLSEN, S.A. has established a digital storage system for the documentation required for its accreditation.
This documentation allows for proper verification without having to provide it every time a ticket is purchased, streamlining the necessary process.
The documentation provided remains in our systems for as long as the aforementioned status lasts or until prior notice is given by the requesting holder, being processed solely and exclusively to justify the discount. Said documentation will be provided to State and Regional Administration bodies to justify the discount.

If ticket purchases are made on behalf of other individuals, you must have their authorization to share their personal data, along with any attached documentation, and grant consent on their behalf for its processing and transfer for the specified purpose.
