Yes, all Fred. Olsen Express tickets allow changes. All changes are free of charge for the same fare.

If your original fare is not available on your new travel date, you can either select a new date when it is available or pay the difference between the fares. There is no penalty for ticket changes, and there is no limit to the number of changes you can make.

Yes, Fred. Olsen Express allows you to travel with pets on board our fast ferries. For travel between Gran Canaria and El Hierro, there are three accommodation options for your pet:

• Pet Carrier: Suitable for pets up to 10 kg. You must bring your own carrier. Pets can be anywhere in the lounge as long as they remain inside the carrier, flush with the floor, without occupying seats or obstructing escape routes.
• Pet Sofa: Your pet travels in designated pet areas on a mat, attached to your seat.
• Pet Rooms: Outdoor kennels with shade, ventilation, and a personalised camera so you can check on your pet from anywhere on the ship.
