You can do this during the purchase process or, up to 48 hours before departure, by sending an email to reservas@fredolsen.es. When you arrive at the port, please contact our staff and follow the boarding instructions they provide. On the Lanzarote - Fuerteventura route, we offer three accommodation options for pets:

• Pet carrier: Ideal for animals weighing up to 10 kg. You must bring your own carrier, which can be placed anywhere in the lounge, always at floor level, without occupying seats or blocking evacuation routes.
  Pet sofa: Your pet will travel in our designated areas on a mat, near your seat and always secured.
  Pet rooms: Shaded kennels with ventilation and a camera that allows you to watch your pet from anywhere on the ship.
