If you want to travel with your pet on board Fred. Olsen Express, you must reserve a place for them in advance. You can do this during the purchase process or, at the latest, up to 48 hours before departure by sending an email to reservas@fredolsen.es. When you arrive at the port, contact our staff and follow the instructions for boarding.

On the route between Tenerife and La Palma, we offer three accommodation options for pets:

• Pet Carrier: For animals weighing up to 10 kg. You must bring your own carrier, which can be placed anywhere in the lounge, always at floor level, without occupying seats or blocking evacuation routes.
• Pet Sofa: Your pet travels in our designated areas on a mat, next to your seat and securely fastened.
• Pet Rooms: Shaded, ventilated outdoor kennels with surveillance cameras so you can see your pet from anywhere on the ship.
