Yes, you can access the port with your vehicle before the ship's departure and leave it in the Fred. Olsen Express pre-boarding area. This is only permitted close to the scheduled departure time. Otherwise, leaving your vehicle unattended in the pre-boarding area is strictly prohibited.

Alternatively, paid parking facilities are available for passengers right before reaching the pre-boarding area.

Unless otherwise indicated on the ticket or at the time of purchase, the only thing you need to board, whether on foot or with a vehicle, is the passengers' identity document.

If you need to continue your journey to La Gomera, La Palma, or El Hierro, you can use our Ferry Bus service, which connects the port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife with the Santa Cruz transport hub (Intercambiador) and the port of Los Cristianos.

If you are travelling with your own car, simply follow the signs from the port itself to join the South Motorway (TF-1). This motorway connects directly to Los Cristianos, where the port entrance is also clearly signposted.
