This page is intended for customers of the official Fred. Olsen Express who wishes to unsubscribe from the official Fred Olsen Express app.
We inform you that unsubscribing from the Fred. Olsen Express application also means that you will be removed from our loyalty program (Plus Card). This is because the use of the application, as a registered user, implies the subscription to our loyalty program. We remind you that the use and subscription to our application is free of charge.

Steps to formalise your deregistration

If you wish to request the cancellation of your user in our application and, therefore, in our Tarjeta Plus points program, you must follow the following steps and keep this information in mind:

To unsubscribe from our points program (and, therefore, from your APP user) you must send an email to


In this email you must indicate your full name, the email address or NIF that you have associated with your Tarjeta Plus customer account. You must use "Baja APP" as the subject of the email and attach a photograph of your ID document.


Once we receive your information, our staff will proceed to unsubscribe your user. This process can take up to 30 days. Once the process is completed, we will contact you to confirm the unsubscription.

After formalising the cancellation of your user in our Tarjeta Plus points programme and in our application, your account will be inoperative. This means that you will lose the Plus points previously accumulated, as well as all the information associated with your account in our points programme. This information will not be recoverable.

If in the future you wish to rejoin our points programme, you will be able to do so with the same NIF or email address associated with your current account, as this information will no longer accumulate data in our points programme.

We remind you that in this case you will start with 0 points and that, in order to register again, you will have to wait until the previously requested cancellation process has been completed.
