Once the agreement is formalised, we will request the documentation required for customs clearance.

We will proceed with the processing of the Export and Import Release Notes upon the ship's arrival.

We will send you the proforma invoice for the total service for proper payment.

We will request the details of the units that will access the port to drop off or collect the vehicles.

We will send you an access PIN code for the terminal (Not required at the Port of Las Palmas).

Once the process is complete, we will send the import release note for the collection of the vehicle.
