For safety reasons, you shall indicate if you are travelling with Babies, from 0 to 3 years, or Children, from 4 to 11 years of age. A variable commercial discount is applied to these groups of passengers.

Babies and children up to the age of 11 must always be accompanied by an adult and linked to the same ticket. The adult will be responsible for the minor during the trip, as well as for presenting their ID card, or the original Family Record Book (or birth certificate issued by the relevant Civil Registry) if the minor does not have an ID card.

Passengers over the age of 12 can travel alone presenting their documentation: ID card, passport or NIE. Although the ID card is mandatory from the age of 14, it is essential when applying for the Canary Island resident discount*.
