Remember that some suppliers have additional legal requirements such as installers and maintainers of extinguishing and refrigeration systems that must have available on the CAE platform the certificate of installation company, updated list of authorized workers for handling GHG gases, or quality certificate in the case of extinguishing systems.

Environmental management in the works in our facilities. Within the CAE platform you will find the general indications on waste, spills, noise and vibrations, use and handling of chemicals, vehicles and emissions that you must take into account.
Sustainability in the purchase and contracting of products and services. Purchasing managers verify not only the technical quality of the offers, but also the sustainability criteria as a differential factor between different alternatives, so it is important that you provide us with this information: Environmental (Emissions, consumables and consumption, durability and maintenance, reuse and end-of-life, degree of circularity, origin and nature of materials), proximity), social impact, ethics and responsible governance, improved accessibility, diversity, human rights, occupational risk management, and animal welfare.

Suppliers of any packaged product. In compliance with Article 15.3 of Royal Decree 1055/2022, of 27 December, on packaging and packaging waste, the supplier must include the product manufacturer's registration number - the packaging section responsible for each package - on all invoices or any documentation accompanying commercial transactions involving any packaged product. All packaged products require this identification without exception.
