Travel by fast ferry from Fuerteventura to Lanzarote with Fred. Olsen Express

The journey between Fuerteventura and Lanzarote takes 25 minutes by fast ferry or 35 minutes by conventional ferry.

If you are travelling with a hire car and do not yet have the final details, you can enter “Hire” in the make and model section and write “0000XXX” in the registration number field. Once you have the correct information, it is important to update it with the booking centre. You can do this by sending an email to reservas@fredolsen.es, or by visiting any of their sales offices, no later than one hour before departure.

Yes, if you want to travel with your pet on board, you must book their place in advance. You can do this during the purchase process or, up to 48 hours before departure, by sending an email to reservas@fredolsen.es. When you arrive at the port, contact our staff and follow the boarding instructions they give you.

On the Fuerteventura - Lanzarote route, we offer three accommodation options for pets:

• Pet carrier: Ideal for animals weighing up to 10 kg. You must bring your own carrier, which can be placed anywhere in the lounge as long as it is on the floor, inside the carrier, without occupying seats or blocking evacuation routes.
• Pet sofa: Your pet will travel in our designated areas on a mat, close to your seat and always secured.
• Pet rooms: Shaded kennels with ventilation and a camera that allows you to see your pet from anywhere on the ferry.
