In our goal of making trips between the Islands as easy and comfortable as possible, Fred. Olsen Express offers the following service in its terminals:

Desk Area
Here you will be able to find information of our services, as well as buy your ticket or exchange it for the boarding pass. This area has exclusive desks for members of our Plus Card progr and for passengers travelling in gold class.

Auto-Check in.
This machine facilitates the check in making it faster. It is a machine of easy use and you will find them at each Terminal.

Boutique Fred. Olsen Express “The Collection”.
These shops are located at the Terminals of Agaete, Santa Cruz and Los Cristianos and offer you an ple range of exclusive products and you can find the whole range of our brand “Fred. Olsen Express The Collection”).

“Coffe Bar” of the Terminal.
