* Fred.Olsen S.A. provides, among others and subject to administrative authorization, the inter-island maritime transport of passengers and cargo, being in this case the authorities the Merchant Sipping Office of the Ministry for Public Works of the Canary Island government, and its respective powers, and the tourist activity of lodging through the Hotel Jardín Tecina and rural houses, being the authority in these cases the Town Planning and Tourist Infrastructure Office of the Canary Island government, as well as the Island Government of La Gomera, with all their respective powers.
